We are recruiting an Operational and Project Coordinator (M/F) on a permanent contract.

Your mission

You will be an assistant to the operations manager and will be involved in the following tasks in particular:

  • Responsibility for the business vision for monitoring projects and evolution requests - in direct liaison with the Transformation and IT departments. Preparation of specifications, participation in testing and process optimization;
  • Manage customer service campaigns (account statements, IFI, IFU, CRS, FATCA, commissioning, etc.), ensuring compliance with regulatory deadlines;
  • Production, analysis and management of Customer Service performance and productivity indicators (in particular, compliance with service commitments and response times to suppliers and customers);
  • Responsible for internal control and monitoring of customer service activities ;
  • Customer Service Expert with authority to approve management actions (new business, arbitrages, redemptions and other administrative actions) and distribution agreements.  

You will be in direct contact with all AXA Weatlh Europe teams (including Customer Service, Compliance, Legal and Investments).

Your profile 

  • You have a university degree (Bac + 5) with a major in administration.
  • Five years' experience in a similar position in an insurance company or bank is required.
  • You must be fluent in French; Dutch is an advantage.
  • You are proficient in the Office package and have a thorough knowledge of Excel (Macro, VBA).
  • Your ability to analyze and synthesize, as well as your rigor and organizational skills, will enable you to successfully complete your assignments within the given deadlines.
  • You have excellent written and verbal communication skills (handling incoming calls and e-mails).
  • You enjoy working as part of a team and know how to build trusting relationships with your partners.
