We are recruiting a Business Analyst M/F on permanent contract

Your mission

Working within the IT and Organization Department, you will support AXA Luxembourg's teams in the analysis and testing phases of our transformation projects. You will also be called upon to follow up internal customer requests, select and prioritize them, and monitor their implementation.

As a Business Analyst, you are the key contact between our internal customers and IT. You will actively contribute to the development of project content through the following actions:

  • You are in charge of the study, functional analysis and formalization of business requirements.
  • You challenge the expression of needs and propose innovative solutions.
  • You will participate in monitoring the project schedule in collaboration with the project manager.
  • You define the test strategy, prepare the test scenarios, monitor their perfect execution and report the results.
  • You lead coordination and brainstorming meetings on various topics.
  • You are familiar with the company's end-to-end processes.
  • You support users in the change process, in particular through training.

Your profile

  • You have 3 to 5 years' experience in IT Business Analysis and/or Test Management. Knowledge of the insurance industry is a plus.

  • Knowledge of one of the following platforms is an asset: Salesforce (Service Cloud/Sales Cloud), KELIA, COMARCH Insurance.

  • You master both analysis techniques (e.g. BABOK, IREB) and testing techniques (e.g. ISTQB). Agile - Continuous Delivery" skills will be a plus.

  • You are analytical, synthetic and pragmatic.

  • As well as being autonomous, you have good people skills and the ability to work as part of a team.

  • You enjoy responsibility and supporting the business in its transformation.

  • Customer satisfaction is your priority: you are committed to providing optimal service through fast, high-quality management in constantly evolving fields.

  • You have proven experience on AGILE projects.

  • You have good interpersonal, communication and adaptability skills.

  • You are fluent in French and English.
