Pianos in Luxembourg, available to passers-by

Once again this year, a number of pianos are scattered around the city. Decorated by young people or associations, these pianos bring a musical touch to the capital of Luxembourg.

Discover these pretty, colorful pianos made available to the public by a number of sponsors. Look out for them in public parks and squares, and in places frequented by Luxembourg residents and tourists.

Unique, colorful pianos decorated by associations

Each piano is transformed into a unique piece after being decorated by one of the project partners. As in previous years, the City of Luxembourg has called on the talent and creativity of local associations, artistic and educational groups.

The idea behind this musical action is simple. It's about embellishing the city and creating conviviality by encouraging passers-by to play music in the city in a spontaneous way. You don't have to be a specialist in Debussy or Ragtime to take up the piano. You just have to want to!
