Your role:
- You will handle incoming calls, providing customers with accurate and complete information, in compliance with procedures;
- You propose and sell our products adapted to customer needs and requirements;
- You carry out various administrative tasks (letters, e-mails, contracts, claims, cancellations, customer file management, etc.);
- You participate in achieving the department's objectives in order to improve and harmonize the level of service offered to our customers;
- You support the department in other tasks as required.
