Your role:
As a sales consultant, you will be responsible for :
- Propose and sell B2C offers adapted to customer demand, needs and uses (welcoming customers, understanding customer needs, finding appropriate solutions, ensuring customer satisfaction, ...) ;
- Guarantee customer satisfaction and contribute to quality (process customer requests, guarantee processing quality, build customer loyalty, etc.);
- Participate in the store's non-sales activities (store operations, inventories, handling after-sales requests, applying store management rules, etc.);
- Contribute to shop performance (meeting targets, identifying and dealing with malfunctions, contributing to continuous improvement, etc.).
