Your missions

AXA Luxembourg's Transformation Department was created with the main objective of accelerating transformation by focusing on creating value for the customer and the distributor.

In this context, the Transformation Project Manager is responsible for the overall preparation and execution of projects, including project scope definition, planning and budget tracking. The Transformation Project Manager will ensure that all stakeholders (companies, sales representatives, customers and IT departments) are in phase with the chosen solutions.

As such, the Transformation Project Manager's main tasks will be to

Define the project in collaboration with stakeholders.

Define and monitor project scope, objectives, deadlines, budget and risks.

Create a project team with internal and/or external collaborators.

Understand business processes and the IT solution (high level) to ensure stakeholder alignment, lead and actively participate in project implementation and propose appropriate solutions.

Manage the project schedule: by being responsible for organizing the tasks to obtain the expected deliverables; by coordinating, organizing and monitoring the various project activities according to the priorities and skills of each team member as well as the customer's needs; by constantly adjusting the schedule and the need for resources.

Coordinate the project and adhere to project governance.

Manage the project budget: by organizing the collection of data required to prepare the business case, consolidating the various estimates and re-estimates, controlling expenditure (orders, invoices, timesheets), and managing unforeseen events.

Manage project risks and identify, in collaboration with the project team, actions to mitigate these risks (identify the problems and the source of the problems; identify the actions/solutions to be implemented; define an implementation plan and the necessary resources/budgets).

Verify the project's contribution to the Company's strategic orientations.

Manage communication and supervise the change plan in collaboration with the Change Management team.
