A fresh produce market is held every first Monday of the month from 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. in the parking lot between the Raiffeisen Bank and the Maison des Jeunes. It's the perfect place to buy vegetables and other fresh produce, or even meet other residents of the town.
Don't forget that there is also a Cactus supermarket nearby in the municipality of Roodt-sur-Syre. There are also other services such as a hairdresser, two caterers, an optician, a newsagent, a bakery and tea room, etc.
To protect the environment, residents of Niederanven are invited to drop off their waste at the recycling center in Munsbach. It is open from Tuesday to Saturday. A Repair Café is also organized regularly in Oberanven at the "A Schommesch" center.
The Catholic church in Niederanven is located on Route de Trêves.
For sports enthusiasts, the Echternachcycle path, connecting Kirchberg to Niederanven, is an interesting alternative to traveling by car. The Syre Valley cycle route offers beautiful family rides in a bucolic and varied setting. The municipality is now connected to Luxembourg's Vel'oh self-service bicycle network.
The beautiful Syrdall Schwemm aquatic center is also located here, further enhancing the municipality's sports facilities.

Niederanven is one of the most expensive municipalities in Luxembourg in terms of housing. You can find beautiful houses in very residential neighborhoods. Niederanven is an attractive municipality to live in.
However, there are significant price differences between the different villages in the municipality, with Ernster at over €10,600 per square meter. Senningen and Senningerberg are between €10,500 and €10,900 per square meter, and the village of Niederanven is between €9,300 and €9,700 per square meter. Finally, the villages of Hostert, Rameldange, and Oberanven have prices between €8,100 and €8,500 per square meter for sale.
