Assistance for people with disabilities
Raising awareness about people with special needs
Making Luxembourg City "A city for everyone"! Every year, Luxembourg City organizes awareness weeks for people with special needs. This initiative aims to stimulate discussion and raise awareness among residents about the specific needs of certain people.
Dinners in the dark, "Dinner in the Dark" in Luxembourg
Every year, several restaurants in Luxembourg City join in the initiative. They offer "Dinners in the Dark." For the occasion, blind people guide participants throughout their meal. Several dates are available for these meals in the dark. Places are limited, so advance reservations are required. So book your dinner in the dark now.
Reflection days for people with special needs
People interested in the subject can meet with associations and those in charge during themed reflection days. They will be able to discuss the actions already undertaken and the priorities for the coming months. These workshops are held at the Bonnevoie Cultural Center.
An "Inclusion" gala usually closes these Awareness Weeks. This year's gala will take place at the Conservatoire de Musique in Merl on the theme of Art and Culture.
