MyGuichet, a secure personal administrative portal
The Luxembourg government has launched a secure personal administrative portal. MyGuichet allows users to view and update their personal data held by the government. Users can complete administrative procedures online via a personal, secure login—protected by Luxtrust or eID—that provides confidential access to the Luxembourg government’s digital services.
Documents from government agencies and services
You can access a number of administrative documents from government services online. This information is available directly from the Guichet.lu website or via the shared portal www.data.public.lu.
Guichet, the government’s helpdesk service
The Luxembourg government has also set up an in-person service center. This Helpdesk assists citizens with their administrative procedures.
Located at Luxembourg-Centre, 11, r. Notre-Dame – L-2240 Luxembourg, you can visit this service without an appointment. You can also call the helpdesk’s toll-free hotline at: +352 24 78 20 00.
Assistance is provided in four languages: French, German, English, and Luxembourgish. The government reception service is open Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
City of Luxembourg Administrative Services

In-person service at the Bierger Center
The Bierger Center is located in the Upper Town district of Luxembourg: 44 , Place Guillaume II / 2, Rue Notre-Dame. The offices are open Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
