Easily accessible, shopping centers are located on the outskirts of large cities. Luxembourg, Esch-sur-Alzette, Differdange, Junglinter, … offer modern and lively shopping centers.

Royal-Hamilius shopping center in the heart of downtown

Located in the heart of the capital, in the Ville-Haute district, the Royal Hamilius shopping center opened its doors in late 2019. With its 16,000 square meters of commercial space, the Royal Hamilius looks more like a neighborhood than a real shopping center.

At the entrance of the Grand-Rue, the main building is grandiose with its magnificent architecture. Guests can enjoy a meal at the panoramic restaurant with terrace. Apartments, green spaces and a pedestrian square complete the ensemble. A beautiful project that gives back to the neighborhood after years of work.

The Royal-Hamilius shopping center offers key brands such as :

  • Galeries Lafayette, a department store well known to the French and Parisians,
  • a Fnac store for all music, books, and audiovisuals,
  • a Decathlon sports store
  • a Delhaize supermarket.

The large Royal-Hamilius parking lot is located under the square. Parking is charged from the 1st hour.

Cloche d’Or shopping center, Gasperich district for fashion fans

In Luxembourg Gasperich, the Cloche d’Or shopping center is an integral part of the real estate boom in this district.

Opening in early 2019, the shopping center is located near the freeways at the Gasperich Cross. It will benefit from the arrival of the tramway in 2024.

The Cloche d’Or shopping center has a modern and bright architecture. It favors lifestyle, just like its figurehead: the Auchan hypermarket. More than 140 stores make fashionistas happy. There is also a retouching shop, a dry cleaner and a florist.

The workers of the district benefit from two“food halls” for their lunch break. They can choose between fast food or more friendly food.

Spaces dedicated to rest and relaxation complete the offer.

A large underground parking lot on site allows for free 2-hour parking. You can also have your car washed there.

Shopping mall Auchan Kirchberg district for families

In Luxembourg-Kirchberg, the Auchan shopping center offers shopping galleries on 2 levels. There is also a large Auchan supermarket on 2 floors.

Many international brands are present for the purchase of clothes, leather goods, beauty, various services such as a shoe repair shop and a dry cleaner.

Several restaurants and food shops are available on the 2 floors. Parents can have free childcare for children as young as 3 years old.

Easily accessible by car, the shopping center has a large parking lot. It is free for the first 3 hours. It can also be used to go to a movie at the nearby Kinepolis-Utopolis. It is open on Sundays and holidays.

Access by public transportation thanks to theAlphonse Weicker tramway stop, located right in front of the Kennedy Avenue Shopping Center entrance.

Infinity shopping center in the heart of the European district Kirchberg

After the Golden Bell and the Royal Hamilius, a new shopping center opened in 2020. The Infinity Shopping Center is located at the entrance of the Kirchberg district, opposite the Philharmonie.

The Infinity project is completed with 2 towers. The first tower has nearly 7,000 m² of office space. The second tower houses 20,000 m² of high-end apartments, ranging from 50 to 300 m² each.

The 6,500 m² shopping gallery connects the two buildings. There are about twenty businesses. The parking lot is located under Kennedy Avenue, with a direct exit to the shopping center and the Philharmonic.

Shopping centers Centre region

La Belle Etoile in Bertrange, a shopping institution in Luxembourg

In Bertrange, La Belle Etoile offers a shopping mall with about 100 stores. It is located Route d’Arlon.

This shopping center has existed for a long time in Luxembourg. A new fashion wing was added more recently.

Its Cactus supermarket with garden center and its animations make it always very animated. You can taste local products and enjoy regular exhibitions in the main shopping mall.

City Concorde, the oldest shopping center in Bertrange

Also in Bertrange, the City Concorde was the first shopping center to open in Luxembourg in 1974 .

Recently expanded and renovated, it offers several shopping galleries in a rather chic spirit.

There are many fashion, shoes, leather goods, sports and leisure, food and beverages, beauty, jewelry, decoration, home furnishings, optics, …

Many catering services are also available. The roof terrace offers a panoramic bar/restaurant.

The shopping center offers a Cora supermarket as well as a multi-brand department store, Bram.

A daycare center for children, an American wash for cars (open on Sunday mornings with a discounted wash) complete the service offer.

Walfer Shopping Center in Walferdange

Walfer Shopping Center in Walferdange, offers about fifteen stores and boutiques. Very practical, you will also find a restaurant and a Delhaize supermarket.

The Walfer shopping center also houses a music school . To get there, you can also use the Walfy Flexibus if you live in the municipality of Walferdange.

Howald commercial zone in full mutation

The former commercial area of Howald in the commune of Hespérange is undergoing a transformation. The rue des Scillas is at the heart of a vast redevelopment project with the tramway service by 2023/2024.

Many stores have left the area and moved to Bettembourg (see below), a few kilometers further on the highway to France

Belval Plaza in Esch-sur-Alzette

The large Belval Plaza shopping center in Esch-sur-Alzette offers around 40 boutiques and stores, as well as a Delhaize supermarket. A dozen restaurants and a cinema complete the offer.

There are many customer services such as a children’s ride, a cash dispenser, recharging points for electric vehicles, a photo booth, a press point, an infirmary,…

This shopping center is located near the Belval/University train station. It is also accessible by bus lines.

Shopping center Opkorn in Differdange

This shopping center is located near theEuropean School of Differdange .

With more than 20 stores, two newsagents, several restaurants and snack bars, including with terrace, and an Auchan hypermarket, the Opkorn Shopping Center offers a very pleasant shopping area. The architecture of the Opkorn shopping center is a nod to the steelmaking past of this region of Luxembourg.

Shopping Park in Bettembourg

The shopping park in Bettembourg is the latest shopping center to open in Luxembourg. Totally open-air, the Shopping Park of Bettembourg gathers 14 known brands around a Delhaize Supermarket.

The Pall Center shopping center in Oberpallen is open daily, including holidays.
