When you subscribe to our family support service, we'll send your future employee a questionnaire for him or her to complete. This will enable us to fully understand his or her situation and expectations with regard to expatriation to Luxembourg. This questionnaire has been drawn up on the basis of a number of assignments, so as to avoid getting lost in the shuffle.

It will enable us to address each topic in an organized way with him and his partner, so as to best prepare the whole family for expatriation. Time is precious in the expatriation process. We don't want you to waste any of it.

3 hours of individual remote coaching

Through individual remote support, we give your new employee the keys to a simplified installation. We reassure them and their families, and make it easier for them to plan their future with advice directly linked to their personal and family situation.

Every expatriation is unique and unlike any other. Indeed, the newcomer's culture, background, family situation and character.... are all factors that shape his or her expectations in this new adventure. Taking these particularities into account is essential to the success of your expatriation project.

We will devote 3 hours of individual remote coaching with him/her or his/her spouse, prior to arrival in Luxembourg. We'll discuss all the issues specific to his or her situation and needs.
