Muhlenbach, a family-friendly neighborhood, perfect for relaxation

Located on the northern outskirts of Luxembourg City, Mühlenbach is a quiet, leafy residential neighborhood.

Close to the Bambësch forest, it offers a peaceful living environment while remaining close to the city center. Nestled between valleys and forests, it charms residents with its almost village-like atmosphere, ideal for those seeking tranquility. Real estate development remains moderate, with a predominance of single-family homes and a few modern residences.

Although well served by public transport, it is less dynamic than other neighborhoods, with few shops and services nearby. It is a popular choice for families and those who appreciate a natural environment without straying too far from the city.

Bordering the neighborhoods of Rollingergrund, Beggen, Eich, and Limpertsberg, Muhlenbach offers a high quality of life surrounded by nature.

The Mühlenbach district in Luxembourg is small in size, with a densely populated southern part and a green, less densely populated northern part. Located close to the Bambësch forest, this district is ideal for relaxation and family walks. It is one of the capital's chic and very green districts.

Muhlenbach connects the Rollingergrund neighborhood to Eich. It borders the municipality of Walferdange and is adjacent to the Beggen and Limpertsberg neighborhoods. The Muhlenbach neighborhood offers a high quality of life in Luxembourg, in a very bucolic and shaded environment in summer.

Originally, the Muhlenbach neighborhood developed around the stream of the same name. An ideal setting for the construction of numerous mills, it was here that Jesuits made the first Luxembourg paper.
In the 19th century, horticulturists settled here, taking advantage of the easy supply of water for their plantations. The neighborhood has retained its bucolic and green appearance.

Today, with a majority of non-Luxembourgish residents, this neighborhood benefits from an interesting mix of populations.
