News at the French Institute of Luxembourg

Under the supervision of the French Ministry of Europe and Foreign Affairs, the French Institute is in charge of promoting the French language and culture in the world and in Luxembourg. For this new school year, the Institut Français du Luxembourg welcomes you once again to its recently refurbished, larger and more welcoming premises.  

French courses for adults

For the start of the 2019-2020 academic year, IFL offers a diversified range of courses, with the aim of welcoming children, teenagers and young au pairs, while maintaining its program of adult courses.

Learning French through play for children and adolescents

The IFL invites children aged 6 to 12 to discover French through fun workshops. A range of creative activities (board games, memory cards, songs, readings, etc.) is also available. On a weekly basis (excludingschool holidays), these French as a mother tongue and French as a foreign language workshops are offered to 6-12 and 13-18 year olds.
