French courses for adults and young people in Luxembourg

Would you like to learn French, improve your language skills or prepare for a competitive examination? IFL offers flexible, high-quality training courses tailored to your needs and level.

Qualified French-speaking teachers for all ages

Our experienced French-speaking teachers are qualified to teach French as a mother tongue, French as a foreign language, professional French and French for specific purposes.

We offer a wide range of courses for all ages. The IFL welcomes children, teenagers and au-pairs, in parallel with its language courses for adults.

Learning French through play for children and teenagers

IFL also invites children aged 6 to 12 to discover French through fun workshops. A wide range of creative activities enable children to learn French through board games, memory cards, songs, readings and more.

Weekly workshops in French as a mother tongue and French as a foreign language are also offered for 6-12 year olds and 13-18 year olds.

The full range can be viewed online or in the newly published brochure.

Intervention in Luxembourg schools

The Institut français also works closely with schools in the Grand Duchy to promote educational cooperation. The IFL provides extra-curricular activities in schools that request them.

Cultural activities of the Institut Français du Luxembourg

The IFL also offers a range of cultural activities throughout the year. The aim is to develop exchanges between French and Luxembourg institutions. This collaboration is expressed in all artistic fields. Don't hesitate to consult the events offered by the IFL, whether in music, literary activities or the visual arts.
