For the 3rd edition of the Luxembourg Light Festival, the city of Luxembourg was illuminated for 3 evenings on December 15-16 and 17, 2017, from 6pm to 11pm. The Luxembourg Light Festival is an original and enchanting scenography to discover the City of Luxembourg during a journey animated by different light works.

During the Luxembourg Light Festival visitors can discover the downtown of the City of Luxembourg under a new aspect and especially as an integral part of a sumptuous scenographic and audiovisual show based on animated light images and interactive light games. Thanks to these illuminations, the walkers can cross the key places of the Luxembourg capital like the Place Guillaume II, the Rue du Saint Esprit, the Chemin de la Corniche, the Vauban fortifications, … until the National Museum of History and Art.

A magical activity that complements the Christmas markets held throughout the city during the holidays and the Winterlights.

Food and beverage stands are provided along the route to keep you warm if needed. The time to discover and enjoy the culinary specialties of Luxembourg!
