Documents from administrations and state services

You can access a number of government administrative documents online. This data is available directly from the Guichet.lu website or via the common portal www.data.public.lu.

These documents, whether circulars, minutes, reports or minutes of meetings, can be requested without any particular justification. In principle, they are free of charge. Any document containing personal data may only be communicated to the person concerned.

De Guichet, the Luxembourg government’s helpdesk service

The Bierger Center is located in the Ville-Haute district: 44, place Guillaume II / 2, rue Notre-Dame >L-2090 Luxembourg. offices open Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm.

Here you can complete all your administrative formalities, including your declaration of arrival.

City of Luxembourg online forms

You can also complete a number of administrative formalities online, from the comfort of your own home via the Internet. The City of Luxembourg is making life easier for you by offering you the option of completing administrative forms online.
