In the framework of developing a communal integration plan in 2016, Luxembourg City, in collaboration with OLAI, is organising 5 themed evenings throughout November in order to better understand the integration of people with different origins and cultures in the Country.
In fact, more than 160 different nationalities live and work together in Luxembourg. Integration of foreigners in the City is therefore currently an important issue.
During these evenings participants with be able to discuss and share their thoughts on the topic of integration along with heads of the departments of the City Services relevant to the theme of the evening, politicians, and some experts from the Centre for Intercultural and Social Training and Education.
The discussion will be in French with English translation if necessary and German sign language. You can also request a written coy of the conferences in a specific language.
The five sessions start at 6pm and will last approximately 2 ½ hours. A glass of wine at the end is also offered.
