Kids Summer Camps in Luxembourg

Apart from summer camps and sport camps it isn’t always easy to find fun and original activities for your kids in the summer holidays.

Just Arrived has found two original summer camps for you…

Languages.lu Summer Camps

In Luxembourg mastering the English language is a big advantage in daily life, especially to get a job or when speaking to people who don’t have the same mother tongue as yourself. So it is important to be at ease in English from an early age.

For this reason Languages.lu is organizing summer camps in Merl from the beginning of the school holidays for 6 – 18 year olds, so that they can make friends, speak English amongst themselves, improve their spoken English and above all gain self confidence when speaking a foreign language! Numerous activities are on offer so that those taking part have plenty to keep them busy: cooking classes with the recipes in English is a good way to learn the names of the ingredients, creative workshops, theater, games…. These are just some of the things your children will be doing during these special summer camp weeks. For more information on Languages.lu summer camps, click here. You can also download their brochure at the bottom of this article.

Horse Listener camps

A few weeks ago we talked about the Horse Listener in an article, well this organization also runs summer camps for children aged 8-13 in Luxembourg! What is their aim? To help children to get to know themselves better, to achieve their potential, to communicate, understand their emotions and keep them in check, all in the company of horses. Just Arrived appreciates the originality of this profound and well-researched initiative.

The camps are comprised of 5 days of activities, 6 nights in modern tents, meals, snack, drinks, transport and supplies. A great opportunity for children to learn about themselves whilst making friends and discovering the equestrian world! For more information download the camp programme and the bottom of the article.
